As Dr. Light is dead, Why didn\'t he just give X the MMX7 (not out yet) armour to start with? Why did he have to go through all of those different stages?

Who knows? Maybe he was afraid to give X the armor or saw no reason for him needing such a weapon at that point in time. Maybe the X7 armor won\'t be from Dr. Light and instead be an armor that Alia creates, she did manage to rebuild the Fourth armor and created several other armors with the information Dr. Light gave to X for her to analyze.
