Corte, God..... take it easy. Chillax. Maybe if you found a link to a site that actually proves there is a disease transmitted by octopuses where those symptoms actually occur. They might not fully believe you but it would show the story isn\'t so far fetched.

Anyways, my worst sickness; That would have to be strep throat along with like fever and stuff. I was out of school for a little more than a week I believe. My skin was really hot, but everything felt so cold. My cough wade the worst noise ever, like a hacking dog or something. (That never went away for like a month) I really couldn\'t swallow, which means whenever I forced myself to eat or drink it hurt like a bitch. But worst, as in most cases of illnesses was the puking. I had to carry around my little computer trash can everywhere I\'d go. And I would use it, a lot. So it\'s obvious to say that by the end of it all I had lost a good 8-10 pounds. My mom took me to the doctor and they did all the usual stuff like weighing and using a stethoscope and stuff but then they thought I sounded like I had water in my lungs, pneumonia. So I took a an X-ray or two and it was a false alarm, so that was cool.

Corte, ever think you misheard or something? Maybe you weighed 50 lbs or something. However, even that would be hard to believe. But it\'s physically impossible for a human to weigh only 5 lbs and be six feet tall. I\'m not saying your story isn\'t true. I\'m just saying that you, like everyone else on this planet, are not infallible. Meaning you might have forgotten some details or gotten mixed up.

Anyways, I have a condition called hypoglocemia. It\'s the opposite of diabetes. However, it\'s nonfatal (thank goodness). For those of you who haven\'t figured it out already, that means I have low blood sugar. When it gets really low, I start going pale and feeling cold. Luckily, I don\'t have to deal with it all that much anymore. I take enough sugar in to keep myself going without a problem.

As for an actual illness/disease, the worst I\'ve had is the chicken pocks.

Well Dr you do have me on that one. But nothing was said about an open wound. I looked up alot of information before I said that about being bitten, but I can see your point about spitting into a cut or your mouth

Well see once, I was out in Africa right? And there were all these zebras.. They like the Serengeti. And so I was out there petting them, they were pretty tame for zebras.

I found out why though...

The zebras wanted to kill me. And actually, one did end up biting me and trying to drag me back to it\'s young!

I got Striped Pneumonia from a zebra bite. It was the worst illness I\'ve ever gotten.

the worst i ever had was something stuck in my innards, (nothing dangerous) that wouldnt come out, and it made me feel sick all the time for a couple of months, and i had to take some tests (not just urinal test :() but that was the worst.......

it sounds weird that ppl like corte are wighing 5 pounds, well anyways, i\'ll change it, its just stupid things like that stuff and me that get to me

ya know I was trying to think of the most sick I have ever been...and as far as I can remember I have never been really sick...so I\'ll go with the next best thing, the most insane injury I\'ve ever had. Well I was about 7 years old and you know the plastic sticks that come on some balloons, yeah I\'m sure you do. Well anyway I has one in my mouth and I was running around the house...and I fell down...the stick went through the roof of my mouth...even thinking about it is making me cringe *ouch* anyway my mom took me to the hospital and I had to stay over night but the Dr. told my mom there is nothing they can really do about a cut in my mouth, and the only thing they can really tell her is keep me on my stomach so I don\'t choke on blood fun times right

Oh yeah, I remembered another nasty illiness I had.

I was sick for two months (actually, three) with two different stomach viruses, acid reflux crap. When I got over them, I wound being sick with a bad cold.
When I got over THAT... I got sick with ear infection.

Joy. My immune system really took a vacation. Now I can\'t even think of Dec 1997 as being the worst time I was sick, ever. March/April/May tops it. >_<

sux pretty bad.....but you know whats strange? my friend has a \"hyper immune system\" we have the same doctor, so we know what happens to each other......anyways, if he gets a virus, or gets food poisoning, which usually takes about a few days to get over, hell get over it the same day. even if he gets an ear infection, he doesnt have to take medicine :conf: my father is a paramedic, and hes never heard or seen anything like this before....pretty crazy, huh?

Yeah, but I guess some people do heal faster than others.

Stop the presses I lost my voice 2 days ago and had a runny nose! That would constitute a sickness. But I got over it in less than one day anyway resume normal activity
