P-Chips appeared in Rockman World Four, for the gameboy. You bring them to Dr.Right, and he makes new weapons for you. I found this kind of stupid.
Bolts are better, in my opinion. You\'r not getting weapons in random order with them, you actually get to select from a number of items, any one you want, and use them to your advantage. P-Chips ar\'nt that great. I\'d rather select my own items, in my order. Plus, it makes the games a little more fun and realistic.
So, yeah, bolts.
