Doc can no longer allow uploads because not only were they abused, they were also taking up alot of bandwidth. (The server he\'s on decided to do silly things and make all uploaded files appear as bitmaps..long story, but it still happens to X\'s board and I have to use stoopid Opera..ah well.)
