Why dose Ceil say \'.........\' a lot?

I mean, why do they say that a lot? Why don\'t they just say what they want to say?

well usualy when she says that she really means something else,
you know like (im not sure cuz I played this along time ago) you almost die, or you save her, or you save the Base

you know she just might be speachless, but you have a point there......

Capcom just wastes our time with useless \".......\"s

The people who made the story line were probably lazy.

The only reason why they do that is because they want you to know how the character is feeling. Like if Zero ever asked her why she made a copy of X (He might have though, I don\'t remember.) she\'d more than likely go \"........\" before confessing because she\'s scared, nervous or ashamed. The pause is just so you get more of an emotional feel for the game. In real life people do the same thing ^^; and that doesn\'t mean you\'re lazy.
