Recently I have decided that their are far to many \"Help ME!\" topics around the board that are all about the same darn thing. To remidy the problem i have decided to adopt a Help group methoud used on other message boards.
We will be called the \"Official Netbattlers\" Or the ONB for short.

The Purpose? To reduce Spam and the amount of pointless dribble on are beloved board.

The members? All who are in good standing.

Also you will need to pass the majority of this test...P.M. the ansers, BUT DO NOT POST THEM!!!

1. With a QuickmanV3 chip all by itself, how much damage can be done to a single target?
2. How many times can you fight Airman V2?
3. What PA involves Roll?
4. What is the limit to your Max HP?
5. Does a undamaged RockCube crumble from a slice of a LifeSword1?
6. How many squares can a GutsmanV3 chip possibley crack?
7. Can you possibly survive a Darkness attack?
8. If so how? (more ansers is better)
9. Who is the Adminn of this board?
10. Why do you want to join the ONB?

Why don\'t you follow by my example. I am writing a faq for MMBN1 that tells you atleast one way and sometimes many different ways to get every chip in the game. The faq is nearing completion and will probably be released sometime later this month. Why don\'t you do this for MMBN2?

I have an idea. Maybe we should put a Walkthrough of the games depending on what series it is from, in the Sticky Topics Doc has created in each of the Forums. Just with Mega Man games only.

If anyone needs help typing up a Walkthrough, I\'m in. I have played and beaten MM1-8, MMX1-6, MML1-2, MMBN1-2, Mega Man and Bass and I will be playing much more of them in the future.

I like your idea BlueSilver because when people post these \'Help Me topics\' (they should be going to GameFAQS first) it bumps the non-help me topics, the ones with an actual discusions, down this list, thus becoming a \'Forgotten Topic\'.

And when you try to post in these \'Forgotten Topics\' they end up being locked or deleted because they are then considered to be an old topic. Well, it wouldn\'t be an old topic if people hadn\'t been pushing it down the list with these \'Help Me\' Topics.

I hope Doc checks this out. Whaddya say Doc?

I like it! You should make another sticky topic called \' Mega Man Walkthrough\' for the Original Series, \"Mega Man X Walkthroughs\' for the X series and ect.

And the descriptions could be like \' Stuck in a certain Mega Man game? Post here or check the Walkthroughs we have here\'

I think that frequet users will go to the sticky Walkthrough topics for the help. Then there are people that become members just to post a Help Me topic.

So from this day forth, any \'help me\' topics will be helped if they are from new members and then locked after they get the help. But for frequent users, their topic will be locked, but not before the recommenation to the Sticky Walkthrough Topic(s).

Ummm...what exactly is the point to that test? I think it\'s better if we post Walkthroughs in a Sticky topic created by Dr. Cossack. If he would only return my PM...

BEcause as its been proven time and time again, guides do not help as well as having live, resposive, long time experts. The test is a requirement to see if those who want to join realy know whats going on.

People post a problem.
Members solve the problem.
Everybody is happier.

And besides, I belive you said so yourself that if you need a walkthrouugh just go to GameFaqs.com because they handle walkthroughs better than anybody else. However as i said having people who can anser more spacific questions, at short notice, is always better than digging through a walkthrough to find that your question is not fully ansered.

This topic is a good idea, but one forum for help in all games would have no need for an official group of people to answer question. Besides, an official group wouldn\'t make much of a difference, people should be free to answer a question should they know the answer.

One more thing. Please do not post the gamefaqs link when answering questions. People post requests so they get answers and give you rewards, not to get sent to gamefaqs.

Did you really need to bump up this topic? It\'s been over a year since anyone has posted here. If you wanted to join, you should have PMed BlueSilver.
