Well, in someway, megaman already has it. When you would defeat another navi, sometimes you get a chip of the navi, right? That might be the program. You dont see anyone else have a \"megaman v3\" battle chip, do you? It\'s because no one else has that ability that megaman does.

Could be, could be. In the Original series, MegaMan and Bass are the only ones capable of copying others\' powers. (RockMan and Forte/MegaMan and Bass, anyone?)

Bass is actually kinda like megaman.

Technically, Protoman and Duo can also do it in the Power Fighters games.

And I\'m fairly certain Navis traded to your opponent can use Navi chips, but then again that\'s probably not considered part of the actual plotline.

If you remember Dark Rockman in Bn4 and 5 you will remember that he was able to use the exact folder you did without having an operator download them yes it\'s Rockman just turned dark but he didn\'t need an operator to download them.

Technically, however, Dark Megaman was still part of Megaman. So the fact still stands that in the EXE series, Megaman and Bass are probably the only navis who officially have that ability.

Yah but that doesn\'t always make mega better, I mean his lil\' megabuster wouldn\'t get him out of huge situasions, he mainly relies on lan for battle chips to help him fight.

Well, yeah. All navis rely on battle chips to win. But megaman and lan are the main characters, so they have to win and make the other navis seem weaker. So, in some ways, he\'s no different from other navis.

And what the hell does this have to do with helping with people in the game?
I mean, come on, you really must realize my point here.
Although, on this topic, Megaman should technically be THE weakest navi in existance compared with every other navi, since he has a little megabuster and every other navi has much better attacks and thye can use chips. If it wasnt for the nonexistant moral values \"trust values and bonding\" crap, Megaman would have been owned by Duo, or Bass X.

Not to mention the Lords of Chaos in BN5.

Heck, even GutsMan would beat him!

Hmm... there isn\'t exactly one specific chip that is really good, but you\'d better have FolderBack. I\'d also had the chips needed for Master Style (a PA if you don\'t know) so I\'d better chosen for a Team Style, or a Custom one. I chose the Custom one. Elec Custom. Works great on Bass. Take out the Aura and stun him when your Custom Gauge is already filled up and make sure you have the chips for Master Style on your next turn. PWNG.

Well really none of them are easy but the second easiest to get getting all two-hundred chips.
