It was originally ColoredMan. But for obvious reason (racial), Capcom of America changed it to ColorMan in Battle Network. Why they changed it to WackoMan is beyond me.
Currently on Chapter 1.
Read today in the Fan Works Section.

i cant believe they called him wackoman,but i guess its ok after all he is a real wacko lol but well it was a funny episode.
