Think I made that up? Check it from Capcom themselves.

Hmmm, 2 Player Mega Man X game eh? Sounds pretty sweet to me. What are your thoughs on this?

I don\'t think its really what you call \'2 players\' I think Capcom meant that you can play as two people and switch them out.

The Double Hero System is like a tag team kind of thing. Where you choose two of the three playable characters and start out as one of them, then you can switch to the other during the game. For example..if you choose X and Axl, you can start out as X to destroy things quicker and then switch to be Axl when you need to hover over something or pass spikes.

I could still be wrong though...

And I personally think this is a pretty good idea. :)

I\'d say that it is a good idea, because it has helped me numerous times on Megaman Xtreme 2, when I am fighting sigma.

Well, it does say you and a friend can play simultaneosly. Frankly, I have no idea how the system works. Do you go into split-screen or do you and your friend have to always stay on the same screen?

It think what you say is true Mana. That you can only bring two heros per level. I suppose in 1 Player story mode, you can use all 3 characters and switch between them. I guess that is one of the plus\' in playing in 1 player mode. The plus in 2 player mode is obvious, more fire power!

Those are my thoughts, of course I could easily be wrong.

That was my first guess. People can join in whenever they want, in whatever game/file they want. Like an arcade.

But what if one player dies? Does the other player die with him/her or does he/she continue playing until they either die or win.

That would be kind of cool. X and Zero firing of their buster at the enemy... or you can send Zero in with his beam saber cutting them inhalf alot then X can fire at them..... Like brute force only with 2 players instead of 4...

Back for the third time... Or was it the second?

I saw the E3 Trailer on Game Trailers and it showed X switch to Zero then to the new guy (I\'m not saying his name) in the middle of playing! It showed X shooting at an enemy then beam out and Zero beamed in and finished it off with a few saber swipes. If you don\'t believe me go here

It was clarified yesterday that the game is *NOT* playable by two players. The dual hero system is most probably like in Mega Man Xtreme 2, where you can alternate between X and Zero...

Well, I haven\'t played MMXtreme 2 so I wouldn\'t know what that\'s like. It does say that you and a friend can play *simultaneously*, meaning at the same time.

But, you could be right Dr. Cossack. Rather then play at the same time, you and a freind can \'take turns\' when you switch between the characters. Thus when you play on your own, you alone can alternate between the charcters.

It\'s exactly the same as that of X3 in a sense. I\'m happy about it. Ok I\'m done.
