yes in blue version you can get the \"shadow style\" in white you can get \"ground style\" also the menu screens are different colors and different battle chips in each. also different navi battle and viruses.

The differnece is there are different battlechips, bosses, and styles.
I think shadow style turns you invisible, and ground style changes the panels.
