I play Counter-Strike and 2D fighters.
Simple. Samuri Jack will use the jumping horse slash with 2 hands and it would break his sword. Jack would then win

Kenshin, because he can push himself to the limits.
He also has had to deal with much more emotional issues than Samurai Jack has.
Too bad that they didn\'t animate the Jinchuu Arc... (I think it could have been very hard on the viewers if they saw a dead \"Kaoru\". It was actually a doll, but the death scene was very very very violent.)

Sure, the Kenshin series has annoying distracting chicks and Kenshin himself is a pussy sometimes.. But he\'d still win. o.o
