Oh well. Not enough people liked the Original over X.

The story may have seemed that way at first, but evolved quite well over time.

I also like legends alot, #2 had some problems though.

I think so as well, The gameplay was also too annoying in some parts.

The Lock-On was fun though

It was quite good, The only problem was some frustrating Mini-games.

Still, It is 10 times better than X7.

I wouldn\'t go that far.

I\'m overstating of course, But X7 was pretty bad.
I am still debating if the .EXE game for GC is worse.

X7 couldn\'t have been that bad.

I mean, I have played practically every megaman game (All except battle and chase, And superadventure Rockman. Yes, That many.) and X7 is really churned out, And not in the normally good capcom churning.

What was it that you hated?

Gameplay was splotchy, The new character was terrible, Camera was BAD, Story was meaningless ( like most recent additions to the X series ) and it was SHORT, REALLY REALLY SHORT.

Axl stole the spotlight, and X is a hidden character of a sort.

Four years goes a LOOONG way in the short years of videogames.

I think my first megaman game was...2. Then four, Then three. I did not play #1 until much later. It\'s still my favorite videogame series.

I think capcom may have quit on the original series as they have not made any additions to the series since 1999 with rockman & forte. theyre just trying to keep interest with the aniversary collection, but now theyre trying to focus on exe. DASH really deserves a final chapter, as it was really the best storyline in the series. I really miss the old days of nes...

They\'re focusing on EXE, but in the meantime working on RMZ, and X. The only way Capcom might fix some plotholes, is by doing a TV Special

lets just hope they dont.... Maybe an OVA if it was really good, and not about japanese hollidays like the last one.

I think Legends was best, but only cause I loved the Bonnes so much. I liked the gameplay of Battle Network more. I think I\'m the only person in the world who thinks those games are easier than X. I mean, X gives me a hard time. Original gave me a harder time, but it was probably because I last played it when I was 8-10.:lol:

The original series is much harder than X.

Capcom has stated that they are going to continue with the original, probably after they do a bit more on the .EXE series (I still can\'t see why it is so popular and the original is not .)

I did not mean complete, I mean continue. They are just taking a rest with it.

Yes, I have played most of the X series, The original is much harder. (Especially Rockman and Forte.)
