Eh, it had its ups and downs. Mostly downs. By the look, the dialogue and the repetitive animation bits, I\'d guess it was originally a kid\'s show in Japan.

Though I must say I haven\'t seen a show so blatantly throw around cultural stereotypes since... well... ever. I certainly got some kicks outta that.
