Its at the top of Undernet 4 check the back of the top of the pillar, you need to beastman first though.
Beastman V3 is in Lan\'s Doghouse, equip Sneakrun and you\'ll find him.

i beat Beastman V3 in the doghouse, but i havent gottan anything from him. am i supposed to get anything or does that cube just vanish?

No, its not necessary(Did I spell that right?) to get his chip or anything, you just need to beat him, then once you beat him go and unlock the security cube.
