wtf are you talking about?! The Punk chip is only obtainable through either a Capcom event/tournament or a GameShark/Action Replay

or perhaps veiwing the library of someone who has it and order it from higsby

That would have ment that the original person did the same thing or cheated. You COULD also S - Rank a person who sharked the chip

What does his chip do?

It has a bunch of different attacks with different effects. If you get Mr. Famous\'s WristBand from the Number Trader it\'ll do an extra attack

so THAT\'s what that stupid wristband does. I was wondering that. kool

I just got the chip last nite. Without the wristband he only attacks one enemy doing 180 damage.
If you get the wristband he attacks all enemies doing alot more damage. I\'m not sure how much, but it\'s more than 240

The wristband also cuts the number of battles to get a new style and a style lvl up by half.

i mean the codes to get the punk chip

thats not true it 100 battles for me to get a new style before and after i got the wristband

u can order the chip at higs shop u just half to have the chip now just think if someone had the chip then orderd anuther punk chip traided that chip to uther guy uther guy orderd it and so on lol
