BTW, I wouldn\'t say that Florida is THE crappiest. Sure, we are now in \"Hurricane Season\" and it has been raining just about every single day for over a month now, and it\'s almost always hot all year round, but it isn\'t THE crappiest. Let\'s say that Florida is ONE of the crappiest states in the Union.

I see. Well, I do agree with you about some of the policies and laws that Florida has. A few months back I got a summons for a criminal case that dealt with a teen boy who was being charged for 1st degree murder. Though he wasn\'t the one who actually killed the person, he was given the same charge as the person who did the shooting, which is Florida law. I wasn\'t picked to be a juror *thank God* but I know that the chosen jurors would have to follow the law and found him guilty for the same crime as the actual killer. (I just hope the poor kid didn\'t get the maximum sentence!)

Anyhow, I was born in New York eons ago, so I think I understand how you feel about hot weather. I really do miss playing with snow (It\'s been more than 15 years since I\'ve seen and felt real snow!). Snow is cool! :cool:

I don\'t have a clue of what the weather is like in Eastern Europe to be honest Packard. I rarely ever watch TV, so that takes out the news. And since hockey season\'s out, I don\'t bother looking at the newspaper... But if it\'s raining lots there, I\'d love that. I hate sunny days..

Well, a concept like \"age\" depends on a person\'s thoughts and feelings towards it. Personally, my feelings tend to change depending on who I am around. For instance, when I\'m around my friends, who are between 6-15 years older than I am, I feel pretty young (probably because they treat me as if I am a child :P). However, when I am here, where I am noticing many people who are in their pre-teens and teens, I somewhat do feel up there in age, especially since I will officially enter my mid-twenties before the end of this year.

IMHO, how others feel about themselves tend to be based on how they compare themselves to others. I rarely ever compare the looks of others with my own, but, for some odd reason, I always forget to pratice this concept with age. :-/


And about rain, yes, I really do think that it is cool, but only when I am home and I don\'t have to go out in it. Having to travel in rain sucks! Oh, and the rain isn\'t really making the weather any cooler, so that sucks, too.

I think I happen to remember it very well for my age at that time, since it sure did terrify me when I heard about it on the local televised news. I might have flown on that plane before, when I went to Korea with my whole family during June of that year. Ah, memories ( and giveaways )

Hmm... Back in \'83 I do remember some stuff. These things include getting bit by a Doberman Pinscher on the knee, getting beat up by my former best friend\'s cousin and then later beating her up in a rematch, my goldfish dying because I overfed it and then being afraid to look at it floating at the top of the bowl (it still bothers me to look at a dead fish floating in water). I was living in New York at this time and I think I was in kindergarten... but that KAL incident that you mentioned doesn\'t ring a bell-- probably because I wasn\'t into watching the news (and I don\'t care for it today, unless something REALLY important happens).
