It feels like it's been eons, this is the very first message board I ever registered on. I don't know how frequent I'll be but I definitely won't be taking any years long sabbatical again anytime soon.

Well, hello there! Although I have been quite active in terms of internet-usage, this is actually the first time I have participated in a forum community of any kind. If I do make a massive amount of mistakes, please do not hesitate to tell me. I promise I won't bite.
I enjoy roleplay quite a bit, and usually spend my time on the community Livejournal. There I am currently playing as Soldato-J 002 from the series The King of Braves GaoGaiGar. It's a shame that GaoGaiGar isn't as popular nowadays as Gurren Lagann. Even more so that there isn't an RP forum for it, but alas, I am very poor at HTML and BBCode...

I have quite a bit of questions about the RPG section(s) and what is allowed as things seemed a little haywire from what I could gather. Concerning characters, do you think perhaps there should be a separate post with the descriptions for each? It could be used as a backdated reference for those who later apply and want to be a part of such. Also, what type of character (normal canon or made up) is a person allowed to have, and at that, how many? Free-form RP (such as a person doesn't have a set character and simply makes one for each plot) is fine in my opinion, but I'm rather confused as to which type is preferred here.
I greatly thank you for your time and hope for answers in the near future.
