In Japan, Osamu Tezuka (Tetsuwan Atom's creator, who made other cool titles as well) is revered as the Father of Anime...They have a museum dedicated to him and his work somewhere in Osaka(I think), and that's where I plan to go when I am finally able to go to Japan for work...:)

Yup, yup. They have a museum. It's called "The Tezuka Osamu Manga Museum".
You want to work at Tezuka Productions?! Wow. That would be so cool! Remember me when you do get a job there. (jk) I have to settle with Disney... I dislike the new Disney.

I don't know if it's the same guy, but Astro Boy reminds me of Kimba the white Lion and Unico.... I like Unico.... ^^;
Hmm. Must find out where that museum is.
Correct. Tezuka did those too, as well as "Black Jack". Have you heard of it?
Kimba...
I have almost all the videos Right Stuf released. Unico I wanted to get a tape of one of the movies but it was in terrible condition. English Unico movies are hard to find...
I don't really like Black Jack. I read all about it and it doesn't sound like my type of anime.
Anyone who has a translator on their browser or know Japanese, head over to
Osamu Tezuka @ World. They talk all about the animes he made, maps to shopping places, and other goodies. (The Japanese version is better.)
