what exactly is a standered chip becasue i need to get past a gate in secret area1 and i need 140 chips but i only have 129

I guess you need to collect more chips, by the sound of it

well ive been buyin chips actully and at the secret area1 i colected over 700000 zeni now i have 752

A \"Standard Chip\" is the chip in your folder that will always appear in your starting chip lineup. However, you can\'t choose just any chip; it has to be one with equal or lower MB to your current MB total.

No its not! That is your defualt chip! I think...But a standard chip is One with a Grey Backround. There are 200 of them, and they appear on the first page of the Library screen. Navi chips and such have a blue backround, and are Mega Chips. Red represents a Giga Chip...
