But if I absolutely HAD to choose one, it would probably be Crash Man. Or Heat Man. Either the walking rocket launcher or the zippo who can light himself on fire and looks like a cigarette lighter.

Oh, gosh. This one's tough.
It's a close tie between AirMan and CrashMan.
CrashMan because he's a f***in' WAR machine, and probably Wily's BEST idea out of all the MM2 bots. (Screw slowing time and being fast. Let's pack this guy full of MISSILES AND DEATH.)
AirMan because, well, I always liked the stranger, inhuman looking robots, and c'mon. AirMan's got potential to be a WIND GOD. He just doesn't use it 'cause we'd all be screwed if he did.
Capcom doesn't sell games by killing us.
So, in short...
Let's mishmash the two together. I shall call him JetMan. JetMan is my favorite MM2 robot.
