I like Bass the most but if you are going by the games then since mm beat bass three times and serenade once or twice I eould have to say he is stronger.

think of it this way, mm hasnt beatn any one, you the player has beaten your enemies through megaman. the only reason mm is winning is because he isnt fighting on artificail intellegence or a cpu. plus mm had to use battle chips to beat them, without the battlechips mm would be in a very difficult position, only a buster to fight with, while Bass has Earth breaker, air burst and the gospel head thing, also without the battle chips it would be impossable for mm to beat serenade and Bass GS. i garantee if you gave Bass, Serenade and Protoman \"real\" human instinct and intuition they would be much harder then with a simple cpu
Bass because in mmbn3 he fuses with gospel snd gets alot stronger

I guess you never played the originals! MegaMan fuses with his Dog Rush, to creat the Rush Armor, and Bass Fuses With Trebel. So yes MegaMan can. But Serende is still cool...

Serenade because he/she/it uses your own power against you so he/she/it is practically unbeatable
