Personally,I liked that lil yellow rat.Why?I dunno.Just did.But the most overated is the pinball.I mean GOD!Most people would consider pokemon to be an RPG,not a pinball game!They soiled it!
I don\'t think any are over rated. If anything, the Pokemon games are under rated. And I like Pikachu too.

Ruby and Sapphire are underated, they feature new graphics(better) a hell of a lot of Pokemon (351 to be exact) and so many damn sectrets. the onlye Overated one would be Hey you Pikachu for the N64, and its sooon to be decendant Pokemon Channel (Gamecube)
and for those who have heard of it and seen the screen shots of your RIVAL tell me what you think of Pokemon Colleseum Gamecube)
Oh and othere than Hey you Pikachu, I dont hink any of the games are Overated
