Damn sqaure...They apparently don\'t have the balls to make a real sequel so they decide to make another shitty CG movie with a FF7 plot so it can be certain it will be some sort of success...Dammit square...If i wanted a VG movie i think i would just watch Xenosaga.:zzz:

It\'s a shame. I expected it to be good. They could have just made the movie based on the FF7 storyline which would last for like 3 hours but like Choas said, they ain\'t got the bulls to do it.

Good god...I am the BIGGEST FFVII Fan-boy EVER but afer seeing Spirits...not this. This could very well ruin FFVII for me...oh well! Did you know that when Square anounced that they where making a FF movie people assumed it was going to be of FFVII? Maybe this has been in the works for THAT LONG!!!

Anyway, I cant wait to see how or if they explain Zack...you know, the guy that did the stuff cloud claimed to have done?

Why in god\'s name any fools would want to see a FF7 movie is beyond me! I LIKED FF:TSW. It was a unique movie. Seems that the rabid FF7 fans are against anything that\'s not FF7. Even to the point that they\'re against any other FF\'s. Really ridicious.

Well, FF7 was the first FF that was aimed at a mainstream audience. Most of the early FF were aimed at hardcore gamers. Then they did FF8 which was a HUGE disapointment. After that, they tried FF9 which was bad also. Then FFX which was equally bad and FFX-2 which won\'t be that good.

The point is, as long as Square makes game where love is the main theme. Their games are going to be bad. End of story!

FF8 had a strong sense of romance which made it better (I\'ll give it that...ONLY that...) in story plot overall. Even I teared up, a very hard accomplishment. Love is a common theme, FF VII had that too, if you actually paid attention. Then again.....most people don\'t.[/font]

although i know that the F.F. series is loved by many a fan but come on i dont think they can really be doing this....... they made the spirits within and that movie really sucked in the overall story and anyway everybody who is going to go see that movie has played the game they already know what will happen...? sooooo i dont really know whats going on here im just ganna leave it alone for now.......

Seeing it will probably be more of a \'seeing FF7 characters digitally made\', unless they really tried to explain the ending.. The trailer looks really nice though. o.O;

Moogles looked fine in FFTA.
For once they did\'nt look like stuffed animals.

Honestly, I think people are getting too picky with the Final Fantasy series. You see alot of people complaining that the new games aren\'t the older ones, or that the series has been going downhill since FF VI or VII. You don\'t see alot of people taking each game off of it\'s own merits, they always compare each game to their favorite in the series and nitpick away at the others for not being like it, when no games in the series are really all that bad.

That said, Final Fantasy isn\'t the end all series for RPGs, and yes, it is overrated. However, Final Fantasy has done something that no other RPG series has, and that\'s produced 10+ quality games in the series. Anyone who honestly denies that each Final Fantasy was a quality RPG for the time it came out is honestly being far too hard on series, in my opinion.

I\'m not picky at all. I think FF10 was a...*cough*good*cough* game... It just was\'nt as fun gameplay wise as the 9 other game in the series.
The sphere grid system was pointless and annoying...And the battle system was kind of boring...I don\'t see how thats possible though considering the battle system is similiar to the past battle ststem of the series.
I had no other complaints..................*cough*auron was the only likable character*cough*
What in the hell does any of that have to do with this movie? I don\'t know...I saw an opening in Necros post and i took it dammit.
