Someone\'s been watch DBZ movies. If I recall, Mother Brain never died in Captain N (I could be wrong though) unlike Wily(supposedly). That idea would be a horrible play-on The World Strongest, the DBZ movie with the long fighting and no real plot other than kill Goku and take his body.

Isoc most likely is Wily, but the name is way weird...

Proof: Isoc knew how to disable Zero. (I think, never played the game where Isoc was in it...)

He made some sort of seal that paralyzed Zero for a few Hours. Since X and Zero use unknown Technology, that would mean that only Wily could disable him since he made him.
