I belive in second chances, after all everyone make mistakes right? I\'m not so sure about third chances though...
I\'m not a mod anywhere... 
But I only give 2 chances and that\'s that.

Back to topic.
As a mod, I rarely /ever/ give out second chances unless there was a certain situation that happened because of it.
As a person, however. I was friends with someone who was horribly awful to me. Would constantly bully me. Gave that friend way too many chances. Finally, in high school, I was like, \"Okay. You suck. I\'m not talking to you anymore.\" Zoom.
Ever since, I\'ve learned that I really did gave out way too many second chances and it got me nowhere, so that\'s why I rarely ever gave them out.

I give out infinite chances, only to friends though. There\'s always a chance, that people will improve..that they will become a better person if they realize they\'re heading down the wrong path.
But hell, if it\'s a lamer and they\'re too proud and thickheaded, I wouldn\'t give them another chance. They don\'t deserve it. 
And well, if it\'s not a lamer, and not a friend..depends on what they do. Like Mavvy, a friend (well, now) of mine. He was quite annoying at first, kind of a spammer, but at least had good grammar. But then he posted art that he said was his, which was false, so I started calling him THIEF (Links Awakening reference) and held a grudge for awhile. He stopped the art theft though, good for him, and now we\'re friends.
So yeah, I don\'t see a problem really, not giving people second chances. If you\'re worried about being too strict at the oekaki, just know that there\'s plenty of people that would be way stricter than that. There always is..
