Well...the Japanese are the exact opposite. they read in the opposite directions.

heres the clinch though...When thye speak, they talk backwards...well...they word it different.

Hi how are you today becomes:

today you are how hi (or something like it)

Meaning...hey...you couldn\'t stop in midsentence could you? LOL...that would suck. Anyway, I think that this makes them perhaps more intellectual than most americans because this requires a whole new range of thinking...and most of them need to learn English anyway...so they have to put up with out thinking processes also....that\'s quite a role to live up to...but don\'t you think that all this added info on their brains might expand it? Further boradening their horizons???

No. In other words, you want thick kids to have no life? No good jobs? Believe me, that\'s the last thing we need. Stopping their education at the age of seven? They did that many centuries ago in Britain. Where did it get us? Nowhere! Everyone deserves a life. Everyone deserves an education. It\'s kinda the thick kids that need to be educated more, actually.

Oh, and I don\'t think it\'s that important, speaking backwards. It\'s the way the Japanese are used to talking. I\'m sure that to their point of view, we speak backwards and that must be hard. It\'s something like how in French, if you want to say \'The red cat\', you don\'t say \'La rouge chat\', you say \'La chat rouge\', which to many English speakers, says \'The cat red\', but it\'s just one of those things you remember when speaking other languages.

They dotn read backwards, don\'t they read down?!?! Their books read left to right, but that means only right page left page ect. They still read their words and letters left and right, I think, And besides, are you calling the Japanese stupid? It is like asking if America is all that strong. I think it\'s really sad that alot of people in countries other than Japan suffer from \"the grass is greener\" syndrome. (the grass is always greener on the other side)

Yes, they make manga and anime, but anime was influenced by Disney animation. Not saying the japanese are fakes or anything, but they\'re not GODS either, like some people make them out to be. They still needed something else to get influenced by, in order to make anime.

And who says an American, Russian, Canadian, Icelandian, etcetera etcetera person couldn\'t make a beautiful anime or great videogame? I don\'t like Doom and Wolfenstein and Quake all that much, but those are american made games and they caused a great stir..and are still influencing people today.

I\'m just saying that most of the stuff you hear is stereotypical. I do admit that the japanese are very good at making electronics though. But just because they\'re stereotyped as smart and thin and short doesn\'t mean they\'re all smart and thin and short. Just as the stereotypes for USAians go, we\'re all fat, lazy, stupid hicks. We\'re not all that way either..just most of us are.

I agree. The fact that there writing reads differently to ours doesn\'t make any difference! Do you think of people differently because of the way they form their \'f\'s? No. So why does it make a difference in this case?

HELL NO! Their powaful...but that doesn\'t change anything, alot of people are powerfull, and alot are smart.
