Soldiers are very important in these times of world crisis. I myself am glad we have people fighting for our rights. I\'d like to thank all the soldiers and veterans today for their commitment to preserving freedom.

The only veteran I know is my dad. He fought on an island once, I think it was near the Phillipines.

Remember, just because you don\'t know them, or may not even care, there are people fighting against those who chose the path of tyranny and devestation.

My Grandpa was a marine in WWII, he was on Iwo Jima.

They shaped the world as it is today. I honor those veterans of the past because of what they\'ve been thorugh.

Yes. Those who fought in wars of the past are EXTREMELY important. It may disgust you, as it did I, to find out that here, some \'animal rights\' moron graffittied pictures of monkeys all over a war memorial just before rememberance day. It turnes out that they don\'t like the idea of monkeys being used for medecine to be tested on. Why didn\'t they just protest? It would make their voices heared a lot better AND it wouldn\'t be disrespectful to those who died serving the country for their future!:mad: What did they do to to deserve that disrespect!? Or do they just see it as a stone pillar. No more, no less?

Damn jerks, you just don\'t paint monkeys on a memorial. If we wanted to honor the damn monkeys, we\'dve given them a memorial too.

Ugh..was it a Greenpeace animal rights activist? They\'re some of the worst.. I mean yeah, it\'s great that someone is standing up for animals..they need help too. But throwing blood on women who wear fur coats, protesting at McDonalds, letting lab animals run free, sticking \'eating animals\' stickers on Stop signs, protesting turkey farms on Thanksgiving, blah blah blah.. They\'re more of an annoyance than a help. I wish they\'d all shut up. >.<

But anyways..happy (late) Veteran\'s Day. My uncle on my moms side and my grandfather on both my moms side, and my dads side, served in the military..heh. My brother would want to be in the Marines if he wasn\'t so scared of dying, I think.
