Ciel is about 23, in my guess. As young as she looks, she can\'t be in her teens with all this knowledge she has packed. I would think that she went to collage for 4 years.

Anyways, I suppose we must remember that things are different in the world of Megaman. Ciel could have just been programmed with all the data she knows. No one said they even have a job system or a educational system. A 5 year-old could be as smart as a 70 year-old, for all we know. I\'m not saying that\'s the way it is, I\'m just saying it\'s possible.
