No, its no banner though. I like the technuice I used with the text, kind of like an embossed effect with the image.

well, if you want a tutorial...
on one layer, I rendered clouds, then plastic wrap then wave (amplitutde both set to 1 and genrations to 999) until I got a cool effect, then edited the hue. On another layer I did the same thing exept with a real distorted effect so it looks like vertical lines. On another layer make a cross thing, fill it, then kind of shade it, and eventually, backtrack and contract the selection then borrder, then fill with a danker color. do the same on the very top layer of art (not including text). To make the tentacles make a triangle shape, then shear it, then add shading, then you can put a radial blur on it, repeat untol you have what I have. for the text, flatten the image, duplicate the layer, take the text mask tool and type in whatever, go to select, inverse, delete, than go to filter, stylize emboss, dont emboss too much, then adjust the hue, and add drop shadows, you should be done. I did this one a little different, but is still good
