after you get the flutter in the air and it\'s bobbing up and down AND you have the jump shoes on, get on TOP of the flutter and then stand on the back wing of the flutter. The town is NORTH so you want to face WEST. When the flutter is going up while bobbing, jump and hold the FORWARD button. You\'ll hold on to an invisible wall. Just climb on top of it. Now when you get bored you can go places megaman was never meant to go. you can jump off the edge of the world and all kinds o fun stuff and not die. HAVE FUN!

BTW I only know of this working in THIS AREA if you know any other areas where you can do this post them please.

Okay I will type real slow this time so you can understand me. Im new to computers believe it or not so Im still learning here.

What that guy said, after you defeat the third sub gate, the flutter will be hovering in the air. Put ON your jump shoes and stand on the back wing of the FLutter, the wing that is pointing into the air. It will take a few tries but you\'ll get it. Face the nearest line of trees, those will be WEST or if you are facing the shopping area, you will want to look LEFT. Jump forward and you will hang on to an invisible wall. Push the UP button and you will be walking on air.
