I HATE password saves. Main reason I played each old MM games in one day. And after that my hands hurted like hell...The reason I hated them so much, is that I have the bad habit of loosing paper...

Now I like this. While I prefer saves on memory cards or in-cart, the ability to share passwords can be real nice sometimes. It\'s not like a password system is complicated to implement either. However, most of the recent games have a LOT more to remember than older ones, so the passwords would be more complicated... See Golden Sun for an example.

To those complaining about password-based saves: it\'s not the fault of the game makers if you can\'t be organized enough to keep a few sheets of paper in a binder. I still have all of the paper sheets with the passwords to my NES games here, and I wrote most of those passwords 10 years ago.

On a side note, no portable game should be limited to having password saves only: those systems are often played outside, where you can\'t carry paper & pencil as easily. Home consoles, on the other hand, are easy to find paper for since you\'re either at your home, or at a friend\'s.
