You have only a floppy drive you can use to transfer stuff with?
Cause if so, you\'ll need 109 floppies to transfer it. (150/1.38, rounding up)
First, you need to split the file in WinZip (open the ZIP and go Shift-H (or look in the menus for Split Zip File)
After the split (I recommend you make a separate folder for all the parts) You\'ll have 109 parts, with extensions .001, .002 through 108 and one with a .zip extension (which you use to unzip).
Since normal people don\'t have that many, copy the parts onto disks, move then onto the computer you want the file on, and copy another one to that disk, doing this with as many free disks as you have.
Since there\'s no free online storage for files that large, this is your only option. Sorry, but it\'s gonna take a while.
USB disks with a really good amount of storage are getting cheaper nowadays. Might be something to look into.
Anyway, hope that helps...

Couldn\'t I also email the seperate parts?
Depends of the capacity of both e-mail accounts.
You could also purchase a USB keychain drive. Those thing are small and can have a large capacity (I believe I\'ve seen a 512 Meg version once). For your \"hypothetical\" situation, you could either get a 256 Meg version, or a smaller one by splitting the file in a few parts.

Those things go as high as 2 gigs now Doc, but that size is über expensive for a disk.
Anyway, I have 128 meg and it only cost about 50 bucks and it\'s probably cheaper now. Go 256 megs and you should get good value on portable space.

But there is the risk of transferring alot of different types of virus\' with it. Good luck trying to transfer it.

If he knows what\'s in the zip, there\'s probably not going to be a virus in it. But the floppies is the longest way to do the transfer. Trust me, I know. I used to do them like that. Even a CD-RW drive and its rewritable media is really cheap now. If you don\'t mind cracking open your compy to install a CD writer, do that instead. Or get a USB disk. Or spend hours with floppies. Your call.

I use a 1 GB external harddrive for my old computers without working CD drives. They might not even make those things anymore though, with all the CD-R\'s..
