Unfortunately yes. All they do is register and go through the e-mail confirmation process, but they don't post (at least). We clean them as they come. The oekaki board is also hit by this, although there are fewer dummy accounts there.
I'm about to put into place an anti-spambot check on the registration process, so most of these won't get through anymore. We'll still be able to take care of the few who manage to get through the net!

No. I hate CAPTCHAs, they're annoying to implement and use, some are almost unreadable even for humans, and they can be broken. I'd rely on that only if I had no other alternative, and I'm not there yet.

Either CAPTCHA, or another thing just like it, never works for me even if I type in the right thing, I'll always get an error message. :S
