We celebrate birthdays because everyone is happy that you\'re one yead closer to your death.

Actually, I don\'t know. I\'m not one to celebrate birthdays or anything in general, so I\'ve always felt confused over the matter as well.

Halloween isn\'t a birthday. I think it was something to do with the reformation of the Roman Catholic church way back when. The name is Hallow eve.

Actually it\'s called All Hallows Eve, it\'s a pagan holiday that the catholic church turned into a catholic holiday to bring more pagans into the catholic church.

No, no ,no, Easter is the day that Jesus rose from the dead, good friday is the day that he died. The eggs represent the new life that Jesus brang by dying on the cross for our sins, if you believe that. (I am a born and raised Catholic, I\'ll be happy to answer any questions about catholicism)

Saint Nicholas, or Santa as you might better know him, was and still is the patron saint of children. German and Dutch traditions of a man filling drying stockings near the fireplace full of little toys and Displaying a tree in one\'s home eventually reached America after an amount of time, and the americanised version of Santa appeared (i.e. Red nose, Red Clothes, etc.) In Germany, he looked like an actual sain- robe, crown of thorns, and all. We made it so that he was more appealing to kids.

And, by the way, he doesn\'t exist. So why bother?

Reality swirled in a wholly blue manner, revealing absolutely nothing of merit. Things flashed madly in and out of existence like some entirely other sort of phenomena. On a whim, Kurt Vonnegut imploded, taking a sizeable hunk of Massachusetts with him. However, seeing as Massachusetts wasn't entirely sure it existed, the chunk wasn't all that big.
