In Megaman X what ever happened to Dr. Light? Is he dead or alive?:conf:

My screwy theory is that Dr. Light\'s alive but hiding. I\'ll just toss that theory out of the window when Capcom finally fills up their plot holes.

No, I think that Dr. Light just made a hologram of himself and (maybe) he recorded everything that he might have to say to X in the future and have the hologram pick out the right phrases (?).
Either case, he\'s defenitly dead.
Besides, in X1 he said \"I shall keep him in here for 30 years, unfortunantly I WILL NOT LIVE TO SEE THAT DAY.\"

I Think Dr.light just programmed the hologram to think like him and have all of his knowledge...as to talk to mmx and help him....as for him knowing about alia....thats no big deal....if he can talk to x and zero i\'m sure he found out about her somehow...

My theory on wily is completely diferent....I believe he\'s some type of ghost..

Wiley is Issac? Who is Issac i\'ve heard of him, that guy who made scientific stories on robots in the future. I think he wrote Terminator.

I\'m not sure where Dr. Light really is, but I think he\'s alive, somehow. I think he built either a reploid that acts like him or he\'s using a hologram to contact X. Dr. Wily is still alive, I think and it\'d be hard to believe.

Umm... *thinks* at this time, it\'s hard to tell if Light\'s alive or not, but... it seems that Light knows EVERYTHING that\'s happening so it\'s hard to assume that he\'s dead because... Capcom had to screw up the plot.

I think that dr. light and whats his face wily made a copy of them selves and are just to dumb to know it is them. like sigma is wily7 and mega man x is dr. light.

I just believe he is DEAD physically, he is alive in mind so he scattered Capsules around to help out whenever he is found...

By this point, it\'s starting to look less and less likely that Dr. Light is dead. His hologram shows up so many times and how the heck does his hologram know about things like this if he\'s dead? I can accept the excuse that he \"lives\" on in the computer somewhere...
