OfflineThere is only one GS form. You cannot get get tha chip without cheating or going to a Capcom/Nintendo sponsered event.
In what game because in MMBN3 u have to use the Chip trader, in Secret Area, 300 times and he\'ll show up and battle u
In Megaman Battle Chip Challenge u have to beat 100 people in the Hackers Freebattle thing

once you unlock the omega/sigma navis
bassGSX wonders randomly around the secret area and undernet7 <you recieve his bassGs chip once he is defeated.
Same with Punk>receive punk chip once you defeat him

The chip CANNOT be obtained in the game following the storyline.
