i would say protoman because he is the strongest

I would say Megaman because he is better and stronger. Megaman can also style change and Protoman can\'t.

Wow...decent quesion,dumb responses. I would assume that Protoman could use most Sword PAs more efficiently than Megaman, but I\'ve never seen Proto use a PA...he would be walking hell with a DreamSwrod PA though.:D
