I know that it\'s out for Gamecube here in Canada.

I didn\'t see any PS2 versions in stock though. I only went to Wal-Mart and bought it their so I don\'t know any other store in Canada that would carry MMAC GC/PS2 this early.

It was pretty cheap too. About $43.00 Canadian so probably about $31.00 US.

Anyways, I played and beat MM1 and 2 today. I unlocked a couple of things...

You can use this new feature called Navi Mode that enables a Navigator (Megaman character) to give you tips throughout the stage when you see a \"!\" in the bottom right of the screen. Also Beat appears as a sign...to point you in the right direction.

The Navi Mode is in the GC and PS2 version.

I don\'t recall their being any remixed music during the gameplay for GC, however it may be unlockable. Their might be a sound test mode you can unlock and it becomes accessible in the Navi Mode Screen, which may have remixed music included.

I\'ll have to play more to find out.

Actually, when you first get the game, all you start off with is MM1-8, you have to unlock both Power Battles and Power Fighters.

This new game Megaman Anniversity collection I should be geting by next week I hope,do any of you have it yet?

I bought the game in the US a few days ago for PS2, Gamestop had both versions in stock. I chose the PS2 version over the gamecube since PS2 has remixed songs, while GC doesnt (heard from reviewers), and PS2 has a classic cartoon episode on it instead of interviews. Im nearing the end of MM7, and beat the first 4 bosses in MM8, good collection.

Hey I\'ve beat MM 1,7,8 and Im working on MM 3,5,6 and MM2 the Power Battles.

The Gamecube version should have remixed music included somewhere.... I looked at the back cover and it said so itself.

Here\'s what I\'m trying to figure out.... Somehow I managed to unlock Power Fighters and Power Battles but they are only available when I enter the New Game room. Is it supposed to be like that or have I yet to complete something? :conf:

you have to hit the start button and choose save game, but it won\'t send you to where you last saved, but it lets you enter the game through the load game room, or maybe it\'s just the PS2 version I\'m talking about, try it, but I have no garentees

......I think you beat the bosses in Megaman 1 and Megaman 2 to unlock them. Just beat the games one by one and you will eventually find them in New Game....

Er...I only beated 2 bosses in Mega Man1 and unlocked Mega Man The Power Battles. Then I defeated bosses in Mega Man 2 to unlock The Power Fighters.

Anyway, I managed to get my hands on the game last week and since then I\'ve been on a onslaught of epic proportions that was stopped by those goddamned dissapearing blocks...someone should kill the guy who had the nerves to invent those abominations!

Hey genius, you said beat NeedleMan. That isn\'t very specific. You tell people to go to GameFAQs, yet you give out information that is incorrect and say don\'t make them seem stupid. Wouldn\'t they have done that using your advice? Anyway I managed to beat MM8. I watched the cartoon and I must... it\'s not very accurate... Protoman isn\'t supposed to be this snob that attacks mankind. He\'s supposed to appear mysteriously in front of Megaman and help. Then vanish. They butchered the Megaman cartoon! Then again... I have no idea how old it is....

...Whoa! I didn\'t even start playing Mega Man 7 and I already got Power Fighters. And I got Power Battle by defeating some bosses in MM1. I guess you have to defeat a certain number of bosses in order to unlock those games.
