Tupac was better in my book. His debut album was off the hook, so was his \"Better Dayz\" album as well. \"Changed Man\" is the best song ever, period. ;D

When you say better, I become torn. Biggie had better skills, but Tupac had better content in his rhymes and told a story better if you asked me.
