I don\'t like it. The chibi is one thing. I can live with it. It wasn\'t what ruined the game. I do like the portraits though, and the dialouge boxes.
The Story, where to begin.
Spoiler (click to toggle)
A giant meteor is headed for Earth. We\'ll shoot a laser at it to stop it. It fails. We host a series of tournaments to find the person who can stop it, which we\'ll start weeks before we even build the laser because we know it will fail.
Yeah, real original. I know
I\'m excited
Darkchips, nice but no. It would have been better if there weren\'t glitches after using them. I think corruption and HP loss are enough. Nice idea though.
I like Full Sync though, great idea.
Souls. A nice hot button issue. They require a chip sacrifice, last for three turns, can only be used once a battle, and you have no say when you get them.
Styles, you get them based on your style of play. Elements are random, but you have more control of them. No Sacrifice, lasts the whole battle. Can have a limited few at a time (BN2: 2, BN3: 1) That\'s the only downside I see.
The Navi customizer was slightly flawed at the beginning, it was a great idea, full of potential. It got wrecked. Guess what, no compression. HubBatch takes up the entire command line. The one improvement, is that annoying programs like Press, no longer exist. Hooray for the silver lining.
Every single chip has only three codes, there are less chips, and as such, less Program advances, also, there are secret chips, and 1/5 of the chips can\'t be used unless you\'re dark, which requires you to give up Soul Unisons, and a large amount of HP.
I can\'t put it nearly as well as one guy. He even wrote a review
