I think the first animation is kind of slow. Even after saving it to my computer, it still didn\'t speed up. The second one, however, won\'t show up at all. Even copy and paste doesn\'t work.

I do mine on adobe image ready. (comes with photoshop7) Its really easy to use.

While we\'re on the subject, I use GIF Construction Set Professional by Mind Alchemy Works. It comes with a lot of transitions and effects. It\'s pretty good. Last I saw it was about $25.
