He is located in Secret Area1 and you just gotta find him and beat him to get his chip I suggest to just look in all the corners in Secret Area1

*sigh* this belongs in the help topics, but I suppose this answer won\'t hurt. Just put all future questions about getting through the game in the help topics from now on.
DarkMan is originally found in Secret 1. he is the guardian there, and wants to get 10,000 wins against enemy Navis so he can face Serenade in battle.
After deleting him for the first time, you\'ll be spared the memory of him unless you really want to find him; You\'ll have to go and beat FlamMan beta (V3) to get the Key Item \"Hammer\". once you\'ve gotten this weapon of Serenade\'s, you can go back to Secret 1, destroy the monolith to the left of where you came in, face the 10 viruses, and gain access to a seemingly pointless sub-area of Secret 1. However! If you go to your right in this area, all the way to the end, you\'ll find the everpresent pain, DarkMan alpha (V2)!
After disposing of the acursed Navi yet again, you can find his beta (V3) form in the undernet. However, if you ask around, you\'ll find that one hooded navi tells you some critical rumors: \"I hear bugs attract the dark...\" and yes, they do. in addition to attracting a lovely DarkLicence to you in bug mode, you can only find DarkMan with a bug in your NaviCust. then, head over to Undernet 6, the one with the conveyor belt maze. walk around here long enough, and you\'ll find your friend once again.
