Oy! I can\'t believe I didn\'t get on sooner! Now that I\'m here though, I\'ll give an update: I planned on the second guy using magic, and the girl to use a sort of giant boomerang, something like Sango\'s from InuYasha. Guys, don\'t get all excited, this game\'s going to take forever at the rate I\'m going...:cry: Just sit back and relax, give me some time, and I\'ll reply when I have something good.

yep, the main character will use swords. on the plus side, I\'ve gotten most of the status effects for the magic done, all I need are the animations now. Thanks for the fire, bowlman!

EDIT: InuYasha101, you might want to go up to your first linked post and use the closing tags for the link. that\'s why you\'re having trouble with it.

Bowlman, the fire was great, so do you think you could perhaps come up with either lightning, ice, or some sort of earth attack? the lightning could start as a cloud, grow bigger, then strike. the ice can come from pretty well anywhere, and of course the earth will come from below, right? the magic so far is great! Other magicks: Healing or curing, some sort of metal attack, and any other ideas you have are welcome.

To everyone: YAY! Magic coming great, main character basic poses done, and first world in progress! If anyone wants to work on enemies, I\'m a bit lacking in that area. decide on a specific style of display if you do, though, because having half bitmap and half JPEG makes the game look funny. enemies I could use right now:

Dog/wolf
wood spirit
fire monsters
birds
giant bugs!
etc.

If no one rises to the occasion though, I\'ll probably scrounge up some enemies from the net. No guarantees on how they\'ll look, though...If you have things to send me, my e-mail is ynnekyawnoc@bellsouth.net, and if that doesn\'t work, the other is fla866@earthlink.net. I made those myself!!! I made it on paint!! It took me a long time to make those you know. Except for the bat!

It\'s true!! I saw him make that sprite sheet on Paint. He used the magnifyer and he made it in a hour and a half. We went to eat macoroni too!
