Ok, heres what it does.....
You need to shake it to encounter viruses randomly., By pressing the right side button twice you can check how far you are till you encounter a navi, once the bottom row is filled up I think you encounter a navi, the top row indicates how many times you filled the bottom row.
The front screen can be removed(The part that flips up) so you can slot-in faster. when you lose to a virus you can\'t fight for awhile and megaman will look sad. by holding the left button you can turn it off, holding it when it is turned off will turn it back on again. you can obtain additional chips by buying the new toys that are coming out or import some from Japan. I\'m not sure if the English Chips are compatible with Japanese PET\'s and Vice-Versa.

I\'ve heard different..that you can get, either gutsman, protoman, megaman, roll, or glyde..:conf:

Nope, you only get Megaman.
You might be reffering to BN 4.5....

Anyway, The American PETs are already realeased.. and sold like hotcakes! As opposed to the U.S. Bandai toys, which sold like radioactive bricks!

As for your question... press the right button twice, then press right on the D-Pad, the top says S.Kuria, bottom says Kaiwaku. Once the bottom row fills up with blocks you encounter a virus, when the top bar fills up you encounter navi\'s.
As for everything else, When you press the right button once, the Japanese characters say, Rockman Status. Press again and his current Stats show up, The words say
Level
EXP
CP
Level, is of course, Rockmans Level.
It goes up whenever you gain EXP.

EXP is gained when you defeat a virus, or Navi, EXP increases your stats such as HP, CP and Buster atk strength.

CP stands for chip points, depending on the chip you are using it will have differnet CP, if you use a strong chip like sanctuary it has 9 CP, whereas a weak chip like Cannon uses 1 CP, if you use up all your CP in battle you will only be able to use your Buster.
To make Slot-In easier when battling, you can remove the screen from the part that flips up. holding the left button causes the PET to go into \"Sleep Mode\".
When battling, I must stress the fact that at all circumstances, DO NOT LOSE, if you do it will take TWICE as long to encounter virus\' and you know what that means , your arm will be friggin sore, and I mean it, I lost to Shademan and I though my arm would fall off after shaking it that long.

I know I might seem a little mean, but I don\'t really want one yet. I mean, reading the posts gives me the impression that these PETs are like the first versions out. I don\'t really care for one until you can actually hack it, and change your Navi into something else (Treble is mine. Don\'t steal my idea!!).

That sounds alot like those digivices,execpt for the Battle Chips.

Yah I finally got mine and yah its true you only get megaman no matter what if only you could choose i\'d go Forte all the way!But its still pretty fun with being able to fight Aquaman and such.:D

It depends.....
Their is a new PET, it\'s version 2 and it\'s in Japan only, you can buy it for $49.99
The english PET\'s might be $30 or so but I\'m not sue cause Ihaven\'t seen one yet.

When I\'m shaking it, it will (after a while) go blank but I know its not in \"Sleep mode\" because I can press any key to turn it back on. When that happens and I shake it will it still count??

No, the screen needs to have Megamans image for it too count.

they never came out in pennsilvania!!! Well atleast where im at it never can out and it\'s aguast 11 or something like that!

im so mad I have been wanting this fo like 2 years and still no PET and how big is it, or is it like that little pikachu pokemon thing when you shake it you lv up or somthing is it the same size as that?

Uhh, any kind of small device is hackable. But guys just wait for the.....Nintendo DS! Wireless network system and maybe some extra stuff, not that much about it though. It has two screens and 1 gigabyte of memory for the cartridge, wowwwww.
