mmm i\'m not very aware of any websites with specifically MegaMan tabs but you should start up a big collection of midis and download a free program called \"Power Tab Editor\"

when you have that proggy just import the midi music and you\'re on your way


ohh and i forgot to mention that you can print out the tabs with that proggy too
