In one of these threads, I’m sure you will find members who like Final Fantasy 8 as much as you do.

Yeah yeah, I\'m one of em! FFVIII kicks ass, just everyone who badmouthes it thinks either that FFVII is a \'masterpiece\' (which it really isn\'t, poor Nomura can\'t write stories for crap) and can\'t be outdone, or they just used GFs in the game too many times..which makes the game boring of course. Also, they don\'t seem to like the Junction system..because they can\'t use spells like Ultima and stuff, which are useless (in my opinion) anyway.

Last one (that I can think of) is that they don\'t like the \'monsters level up with you\' thing either..even though, in like, all FAQs I read, those damn bastards always rush through the game anyway and try to kill the last boss(es) at level 27 or something. ¬¬

Anyways, the game is good..people just don\'t seem to like it very much. There\'s one thing I don\'t like about the game though..Rinoa. God, leave Squall alone..he was alot cooler before you came around, sheesh. >.<

well im not really a ffVIII fan but it has its qualities but it was a easy game and i did not use a faq.

Right now i\'m debating which is worse....FF8 or FF10.....hmmm both equally bad games....one(FF8) has a horrible story...while FF10 has a really boring battle system....:sick:
