For those of you who don\'t know, Mettaur 1\'s usually have 90Hp and a 40 dmg wave attack that cracks the panels it hits. It\'s called Nucwave (long form- Nuclear wave)
Anyway:
Drillkick: 50 damage to one row, starts using it when he gets desperate (less than 300 HP left)
Squall punch: Appears in front of you and uses gutspunch but without the delay, but his aura goes down for this attack, uses when he feels threatened Damage: 200. (less than 1500 HP)
Reward: 10000 Zennys, Magiman V5 chip: 1000 damage HyperStaffBeam that deals you 60 damage, And spinlghtblu: Spins light blue pieces, the type that puzzle style uses.
Location: You talk to one of the people that you talk to during a job (i.e.: the maid at beach street cafe), but in the net. Then a hole appears like what Drillman does and Megaman ducks in time but the Navi/Program is incinerated by HyperStaffBeam. Then you fight him.

Recover Absolute: when near to be deleted (below 500HP), Neo will sometimes change color(that means a type of element) and if for example he is red and u use a fire-based attack, he will COMPLETELY recover. One good thing tought: automaticily put folder the same as the beginning of the battle. Weakness doesn\'t apply in this contect(NO AURA)

God\'s might: 800 dmg--there is 10% of chance that he will use it . this attack destroys the 6 panels in the back

See, the Animist, after retrieving the corrupted GoldData, enfuses it with her own MagusHead viruses to create Magarus. virus! It is a virus that contains compromising data towards the strengths and weaknesses of the elements. Here are its stats:

Magarus. virus
NetOp: unknown (supposedly the Animist)
Hp: 2500
Element weakness: none
Attacks: Magarus moves quickly at first, rotating between shields that defend from all damage from one element. They are breakable by NorthWind. His primary attack is a volley of multiple red, blue, yellow, and green balls, each dealing matching a corresponding element. Each hurts 150 upon impact. Secondly, he bares down on the ground with his palms, causing a force wave to surge through one row of spaces, transforming each space behind the wave into either sand, ice, lava, or grass. The wave deals 100 damage upon impact. Magarus also will ocassionally use a volley of close range backfisting attacks, appearing in front of Megaman. This can continue from 2-4 attacks. Each damages 150 and causes no recovery lapse (no flashing). Magarus will use the following attack less often, consisting of firing a volley of large lasers from his back panels across a range of 2 rows. The lasers are non-elemental and damge 150 upon impact. Magarus, upon reaching 1500 hp, will activate a constant nonelemental barrier. While activated, only elemental attacks can damage him. Also, he will occassionally use an extremely quick eye beam, spanning the course of one row and damaging 100. Any obstacles in the beam are immediately destroyed (excluding your navi). These lasers damage 150 each and continue for roughly 18 shots (each panel shot twice). The panels flash before laser hits them. 4 of the lasers will crack panels when connecting (already cracked panel will be knocked out). Finally, upon reaching 500 hp, he will activate the GoldElem barrier. This barrier cannot be destroyed by NorthWind chips. The barrier blocks and absorbs elemental damage. He will drop it when attacking or if hit with an attack of 200 damage or more. Furthermore, he will no longer use the force wave. He will also begin to use an attack where his eye flashes and he releases a large golden beam. The beam covers a 2 row range. Panels in front of it flash before it connects, and it moves in a straight pattern, returning 4 times after it has left the screen. The beam deals 250 damage upon impact.

Wraith has many attack plans most attacks involve him appearing in front of his enemy and slashing him with the twin kunai knives (300 damage) he also starts every battle with a Dark Aura and when he loses it can either bring up another one or the Eternal Aura (which can be taken down) His dark sword can be the length of a wide sword, long sword or hero sword depending on where his enemy is. After Wraith reaches half health a new attack becomes avaible he can now throw his kunai and if they hit they take 200hp of which 100 go back to wraith, his Dark Rain comes down on the enemy side and lasts for one turn each hit deals 200 damage. Dark Burst is goes down one line and deals 600 damage if hit :devil::muha: Wraith is the ultimate Warrior:muha::muha:

id give it a 8/10. it couldn\'t beat commander.exe. but this is that should be in pm\'s. he has the attacks that i didn\'t post about by the way.

Sorry this is long but here goes:
Story:Scathe was the original Forte. He was going to be perfect if a virus hadn\'t infected him just before completion. The more He battled and absorbed Data the more the virus took control. The virus had corrupt him so much that a new element was added, Darkness, The virus also had enough control over him to make him flee to BlackEarth where he was constantly attacked by waves of viruses and Ghost Navis, And to automatically absorb. He had two main Goals Become UnderKing and take command of the Net, And to Delete the Forte Cossack had created. He was working on becoming UnderKing, He had reached Serenade, She was going to fight but something told her not too, She fought anyway Scathe used his Dark Blade attack once and left Serenade with just 100 HP, knowing she could not win Serenade, fled the fight. Megaman And Lan learned of Scathe and were set on deleting him they rushed over to UnderNet area11. A battle immeaditly commenced, figuring he could have some fun Scathe only shot Megaman with his Buster. The battle Raged on for thirty minutes. Scathe was tired of fighting He was going to finish Megaman off with his Dark Blade attack, when suddenly ForteGS appears and devastates Scathe with a Gospel Cannon. \"You will have nothing to do with Megaman you Reject.\" Luckily for Scathe a Fragment of corupt Data had remained, and ForteGS had been so occupied with telling Megaman where he wanted to Fight him he did not absorb his data. He left Leaving Megaman Gawking at his almighty power.Scathe awoke in BlackEarth at the Omega Level, with a new and renewed goal, to delete ForteGS and Megaman.

I would give that a 2/10 I would say they at least have to be beatable.

As this is the Power Navi Creation topic, it makes sense for them to be feasibly unbeatable... however, a lot of these guys don\'t even have any description or creativity at all. :rolleyes: As opposed to how some people actually took the time to at least tell what their Power Navis looked like.

Hehe, that is true, but since this is just for the heck of it I didnt think much of a description would be needed. Besides. for some reason I cant edit my posts because this site wont recognize my registration. So anyways, B!itchslapMan kinda looks like knightman, but with brownish grey armour. And he doesnt have that mace thing on his arm, or those armour plates on his groinal area. But basically the same look as knightman. I thought that in Megaman’s world, technology is so advanced that they should be able to make some program so that Navis can “have children”, or actually just mingle(mix) their Data/DNA and that through the “NaviBirth Program” that Data is so mixed that they actually get “children”.
Obviously, like you’d see, my own Username is Morphman, but I made him before I even heard of this site. He’s like Megaman with Bass’ head, but his ‘suit’ is greyish white, and the stripes are glowing green and so are his gloves and boots. His right arm is changeable in Colonel souls’ way.

They all have 2000 HP, but Life Virus has 1000.
He can also use Bass’ Earthbreak, since Bass is like a Boss in all of the games.
Reward:
Light Chips NC Block.

He’ll take over the Net once, and attack any Navi who’s trying to get in or out. Be deleating / defeting him, you get Light Chips NC Block. Which let’s you use The 12 Darkchips from BN 5, but then a kind of SP version. Plus Light Souls will be as strong as Normal Souls and Dark Souls combined!


Draecon, the Daemonic Dragon Navi.
HP: Normal: 1000, Alpha: 2000, Beta: 3000, Omega: 4000
Element: Fire/Water/Dark (yes, it says WATER, even Dragons can be related to WATER)
Attacks:
Summons a small Red Dragon, does Fire attack (the Spikey-way); 400???
Summons a small Blue Dragon, does Water attack (the Shrimpy-way); 600???
Summons a small Black Dragon, does Dark attack (a Thunderball); 300???
Reward:
Draecon Navi-Dark chip, summons the Dragon Triplets, who attack; 2000???

I just love my own Dragon Triplets, all different a color, but for the eyes, horns, talons: goldish.


Some Souls:
You could get a Morph Soul through sacrificing his own chip, or by sacrificing 5 chips that cannot be used for other Souls, like a REAL Bass Soul, and, if not using Megaman, MEGASOUL!

He can curse navis turning them dark until they are deleted,whenever he spots Morphman he uses one of his counter attacks known as Devil\'s Heart which deletes any navi imediately.He is the evolved form of Hunterman.exe and he is nothing but pure darkness...
