Capcom of America announced in a press release today that, due to the fantastic sales of the Mega Man Anniversary Collection since June 22nd, roughly half a million copies sold, they will release the collection for the Xbox sometime in March, 2005. The package appears to be the same ten games; Mega Man 1-8 and the arcade additions. To this point bonus features are unknown. Depending on what the Xbox game disc capacity is (I have no idea), it may follow the PS2 route, or even combine the features of both versions if it can. We\'ll just have to see.

Geez, and here I was thinking they were talking about a Mega Man X Anniversery Collection. Nope, it\'s CLASSIC Mega Man Anniversery Collection coming to the Xbox. It\'s still unknown as to what special features the game will have to unlock. PS2 version had 30 mins of Anime and GCN version had the interview. Who knows what Xbox will have with it\'s unlimited memory...

Aw hell naw! Xbox has never had any Megaman games on it, while Sony and Nintendo both had Megaman games in the past. I don\'t think Xbox is deserving of this game.

I can\'t even begin to imagine what it\'s like trying to control Mega Man with those big (and ugly) controllers. I thought even GC\'s control\'s were a pain (for this kind of game). PS2 controls have the favourable controls of comfort, IMO, for MMAC.

I thought it was actually pretty easy using a GameCube controller... then again, that is what \"EASY\" mode insignafies.:lol:

I guess XBOX xould use a little bit of the series, so long as Megaman NEVER goes mainstream XBOX...
