Even in America, Freedom of Speech only protects you from being legally prosecuted for what you say. In a business, or a message board, the admin retains the right to silence you for any reason, be it through banning or otherwise.

I also agree that the sueing goes too far. I will always remember the true story. There was man who tried to burgle an old woman\'s house, but he tripped over an un-eaven carpet. He successfully sued that old woman.

Incorrect. American law ONLY protects you IF AND ONLY IF you dont use it to cause a panic of some kind (Fire in theater). In theory anyway. In practice, you can mention a religious verse in a newspaper ad, and if someone was offended, you pay PUNITIVE DAMAGES. PUNITIVE.
