I\'ve heard its on the 24th floor to the Kotobuki Apart. but I checked and it wasn\'t there. Any suggestions?

I don\'t know how to get it in Battle but I keep getting them in the Chip Trader in Marine Harbor.

you get it from the lav dragon in the koto apart. i don\'t know which floor and it\'s really hard to get.

IF you need chips with 5 Stars ( Lavadragon) go to MarineHabor the yellow one ! Navis are in ACDC and I don\'t know about netopia !;)

I\'m pretty sure it\'s in Apartcomp 3 (27th floor).
